I’m passionate about helping homeowners remodel their homes; particularly families that are aging-in-place. But for many years I could really only help one family at a time. That all changed when I received a call from a homeowner that had received an estimate from a Design-Build firm of $100-$125,000 – for their master bath. We were both pretty shocked.
Long story short, I helped them – as a consultant – manage their own project for under $60k. (It was fully tiled and quite spectacular.)
